Selective demolition of existing buildings

We would like to thank you for entering our website. Many of our jobsites are in the Tampa , St. Petersburg , Largo , Clearwater, New Port Richey and Manatee County areas, but we will work outside of these areas. We have lived in the Tampa bay area for 40 years, 16 years in this area of expertise and 38 years in the construction field.

We own our equipment including track excavators, bobcats with grapples and hydraulic hammer, terminator floor scraping machine, boom lifts, scissors lifts, dump trucks, tool trailers, quickcuts, air compressors, jack hammers, debris chutes, safety equipment and communications with each crew and truck. We have our own roll off truck and 30 yard dumpsters.

Some of the projects we have completed include 5 story dorms at USF, projects for Baycare, Tampa International Airport, St. Petersburg College, Florida International Museum, Kash and Karry’s, Publix’s, LA Fitness, United Bank main office building, Pinellas and Hillsborough County Schools, the Don Caesar Hotel, Aldi Foods, Planet Fitness, Save-A-Lot, Lifestyle Family Fitness, Verizon and many more projects through out the Tampa bay area. We have completed many occupied space demolition jobs as well and selective demolition of buildings and homes in the area.

Safety and Training:

At DHC Construction Services, Inc. safety is THE number one priority. Hazardous materials are always handled safely and in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. We are one of the few companies that employ a full-time, dedicated safety supervisor. Our employees are fully instructed in equipment operation, safety and environmental issues on a continuing basis.

Resources:

DHC Construction Services, Inc., brings to every project the resources necessary to complete your project on time and on budget. We have a workforce of 25 trained men and women and all the equipment necessary to manage your project onsite and in the office. DHC Construction Services, Inc. houses many efficient pieces of equipment including our own roll off truck, numerous bobcats with attachments, a propane powered floor scraper (no fumes – can be used in buildings such as hospitals) and efficient transportation of this equipment to and from the jobs.

Insurance and Bonding:

We carry a 1 million dollar liability with a 2 million dollar excess umbrella and 1 million dollar workman’s comp policy per project to protect our clients. In addition our bonding capacity is $200,000 per job and total backlog up to $400,000. Copies of our insurance certificates can be provided upon request
